1. Introduction
Welcome to Parallel Pictures (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, including the Parallel Studio AI image generation service (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part you may not access the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or uploading any content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Use of Service
The Service provides AI-based fashion image generation. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, contains unlawful material, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any garment images, photographs, or other materials (“User Content”) you upload to the Service. By uploading User Content you grant Parallel Pictures a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload User Content and that its use by us will not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated images produced by the Service are provided to you for your commercial and creative use subject to these Terms. The underlying models, platform code, and design assets remain the sole property of Parallel Pictures. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms of the Service.
6. AI Disclaimer
Generated images are AI-based and may not be fully accurate representations of the original garments. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. Parallel Pictures makes no warranty that generated images will be free from errors, artefacts, or inaccuracies.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parallel Pictures and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
